Terms & Conditions set by the Bank for the Offer:
This offer is from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Kotak” or “Bank”) under an arrangement with Myntra Designs Private Limited (“Myntra”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid Kotak Debit Card/Credit Card (“Customers”) and to whom a communication is sent by Kotak.
The validity of the offer is from 2nd Oct, 2016 till 6th Oct, 2016 (Both days included) (“Offer Period”).
Under this offer, customer can avail 10% cashback on online purchases made using Kotak Credit Card or Debit Card on Myntra mobile app or website during the Offer Period.
Maximum cashback amount per customer is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) during the Offer Period.
Minimum transaction amount to be eligible for cashback is Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) per transaction.
Cashback will be credited to all eligible & active customers’ in the same bank account or credit card used at the time of availing the Offer on or before 6th January 2017 on best effort basis.
To avail the cashback, customers have to pay in-full with their Kotak Debit Card or Credit Card.
This offer is not valid on cash on delivery.
This offer is not valid in case of a customer is using his or her Kotak Credit Card or Debit Card through a wallet service.
The Bank shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to Myntra app or site due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
Cashback is applicable over and above any promotions running on the Myntra app & site through its participating sellers during the offer period.
If the customer applies the coupon code and/or redeems his/her loyalty points in the transaction, the customer shall qualify for the offer only on the net amount paid by the customer through his/her Kotak Credit Card or Debit Card.
Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
In the event an order is cancelled or returned, the customer will not be entitled for the cash back.
In the event sub-orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of Cashback.
This offer is not valid on Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card & Kotak Corporate Card.
Nothing expressed or implied in the offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.
Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Myntra with regards to online purchase. By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions specified on Myntra app and site. Kotak merely facilitates its Customers to avail the benefits of the offer and is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Myntra with regards to online purchase.
Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Any disputes arising out of or as a result of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
Kotak holds out no warranty and makes no representation with regards to the service, delivery and quality of the goods offered by Myntra. Any query or complaint the Customer is required to address the same directly to Myntra by writing to support@mynt…om without any reference to Kotak whatsoever.
Kotak shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the products and services rendered by Myntra, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold Kotak responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the offer.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Kotak shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
Kotak shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
Products offered under this offer are subject to availability from the respective participating sellers of Myntra and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on Myntra. Accordingly Kotak in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
Under no circumstance will the offer/cash back being offered be settled with cash in lieu by Kotak or by Myntra.
Kotak will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered on the Myntra platform on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Myntra and without reference to Kotak.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time of the offer period.
The Bank and Myntra reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever during the Offer Period.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
